Our interior has been inspired by childhood memories hillwalking
throughout Scotland, which has been intepreted, designed and transforned into an unique bar, restaurant and alfresco dininig experience.
The Brae's cusine has an emphasis on simple traditional recipes made with only freshest seasonal produce. Our chefs have a great passion for authentic fresh Scottish food. They take pride in supporting and using local produce to create that tasty local flavours.
Our Scotch beef from Quinns , fresh fish and shellfish is delivered daily from the west coast waters, game in season from local shoots, vegetables and herbs grown from local farms, plus an abundance of fresh fruit from around the world. Every dish is freshly prepared with that extra touch of flair
